Society of Education Consultants: Local North Eastern Group - May 2010

A local group of like-minded people meet every couple of months in the foyer of the Village Hotel, Shiremoor, North Tyneside. The meetings are open to people who work, wish to work, or are thinking about working as consultants to education in the widest sense. The experiences have been valuable to a range of people; perhaps they are looking for new networking opportunities or meeting new people, perhaps they seek support when setting out on the consultancy road or are even contemplating moving into the business. We always welcome new faces.

At one recent meeting, for example, following the usual introductions and networking through the swapping of information, ideas and leads, we moved on to an enthusiastic discussion relating to planning some kind of larger event early in the autumn term. The aim of this event will be to reach more people in the north east who may be contemplating consultancy as well as promoting the business activities of our group members to schools and training providers in the region.

If you would like to attend any of our meetings please get in touch with Barbara Roberts at Barbara@aidanconsulting.co.uk, so we know to expect you.
