- Free workshop on work-life balance
- Work-Life Balance You’ve heard about it. You’ve been told you should have one. What does it mean for you? How do you start to achieve this?
SEC Committee member Barbara Roberts is involved in leading a short and simple introduction to discovering what your balance is and how to take instant steps towards reclaiming it. "This free workshop is for head teachers, teachers, school governors, business owners, managers – anyone who wants to reclaim their balance or learn how to help others reclaim theirs," she says.
Based on The Head Coach programme for schools, this is an interactive workshop where participants can explore how coaching can give added value to their personal and professional life. You will learn strategies that you can use immediately.
