Has considerable experience of (a) training needs assessment; (b) distance learning organisation (Treasurer of the ODLQC); (c) professional, technical and vocational qualifications; and (d) committee organisation and servicing. Also experienced as a school, FE college and university governor, member of school examination boards, several professions and governmental standard setting and qualifying bodies and as Chairman of a professional examinations board.
