John Hayes has led two teams transforming failing schools into successful and oversubscribed schools. He now provides training and direct support to schools and LEAs and has a keen interest in developing senior and middle managers, both as individuals and as teams, to further improve schools and raise achievement.
Previous Experience
He is an experienced Head teacher and consultant with proven educational management and consultancy skills and a good track record of recruiting and developing staff. Following a period in industry he taught in five schools in Berkshire and London, with experience as head teacher in three schools.
Currently advising on recruitment and retention of staff; marketing; managing a governing body; budget planning for heads and governors; managing school building programmes.
