Services offered to senior managers in schools and in local authorities are aimed at bringing about secondary school improvement, methods used include first hand observation, analysis of data and systems, interviews and all with the aim to ensure a particular emphasis on improving management at all levels by identifying best practice and providing a mechanism to share it more widely. Current and previous clients include DCSF and local authorities and schools; relevant experienece is as an HMI, a deputy headteacher in a large city secondary school, an adviser with cross LA responsibilities and experience as a director of studies and as a head of department and successful classroom teacher in a range of settings both rural and urban.
