Hamdon Education provides consultancy and training support for sustainable school and organizational improvement through improved leadership, governance and management. We specialise in working with governing bodies and head teachers, with LEA school improvement services and with national and international organisations. Clients include more than 60 LEAs in England and Wales, the NCSL, the DfES, CfBT, Nord Anglia, the BBC, Governors Wales and the Welsh Assembly Government. Nigel Gann worked in secondary schools to headship level, in community education and in university research departments.
Qualifications

Targets for Tomorrow's Schools has been reviewed as 'essential reading for all governors and school staff who wish to build and maintain effective strategies for a genuine shared commitment to school improvement'.
