Interim, project and change management in wide service range. As a qualified accountant, graduate, chairman and vice chairman of governors in primary and secondary schools with extensive private and public sector experience up to director level.
I can offer: interim management for councils or schools during difficult periods of organisational change arising from Ofsted and CPA inspections; project management for capital and revenue schemes; procurement and contract management advice including tendering; performance management advice at both individual and organisational level; Best Value, Ofsted, and CPA review.support; facilitating creative solutions in problem resolution; producing budget strategies and plans; and restructuring to achieve more effective management frameworks.
Achieved largest lottery award in east region for new leisure centre on school site (£4.14M) which opened July 2002. Created two community use agreements with schools and helped them achieve Technology College status. Supported secondary school as governor achieving excellent Ofsted, Beacon and Technology College status.
