Support for all aspects of capital programme planning and delivery including strategic reviews, bid preparation and submission, briefing architects, monitoring progress and hand over. Significant experience of school PFI projects including Building Schools for the Future. Previously Project Manager for two grouped schools projects (capital value £16.2m and £110m). Establishment and management of PFI project teams, working with and training stakeholders including elected members, governors and head teachers. Liaison with private sector, management of whole procurement process. Also support for all stages of conventionally procured capital projects.

Qualifications
BA (Hons), Economics, University of Warwick. PGCE (Distinction), Trent Polytechnic. Foundation Certificate in Prince2.
