“Without Bill’s unique contribution, support and advice our goal of creating a new school for our community would certainly have been a much harder one to achieve. On behalf of all the Governors and trustees of Morasha Jewish Primary School, I would like to thank Bill and his team at The Education Partnership for their tireless and outstanding efforts on our behalf.”
Ian Kamiel
Chair of Governors, Morasha Jewish Primary School, London
“The Education Partnership team, under Bill’s expert guidance, has produced a first class service for our school. Bill’s help in assisting us with preparation for an Ofsted 162A inspection has been thorough, reassuring, professional and enormously caring. Nothing phases Bill, and he leaves nothing to chance, backing this up with his vast experience and knowledge as well as a calm and reassuring approach. We recommend The Education Partnership to any School Proprietors without reservation.”

Susan Lawrence, BA

“Bill Brown has a thirst for Education that few can match let alone quench! He brings to the table fine detail, unique quality, a wealth of experience which is all washed down by a wonderfully old-fashioned sense of humour. If he were a racing car he would be a classic e-type, a drink he would possess the depth and flavour of a vintage claret or if he were a race horse he would be called ‘Best Practice’. Always great value, hugely amusing and above all ‘above and beyond’.
Magoo Giles
Head, Knightsbridge School, London
“In his advisory role Bill worked with us to obtain a material change on our original site and also to open our new school. His excellent, caring, supportive, and highly skilled profissional approach enabled us to complete the project both on time and within budget. Bill, who continues to advise us, has an exceptional understanding of the proprietorial school as an educational business along with both mandatory and best practice compliance.”
Emma Gowers
Principal and Proprietor, The Gower School, Islington
“We engaged Bill Brown as our consultant and we are delighted we did. Bill worked tirelessly with us to obtain a material change from the DCSF first to admit pupils up to the age of 13. In the following months, he helped us develop the policies and documentation to satisfy the DCSF we could be registered as a school taking children to GCSE, thus enabling us to open Moon Hall College. Without Bill’s expertise we would not have been able to accomplish what we did in anything like that time frame and we are very grateful to him. We are also delighted that since then he has joined our Board of Governors and Trustees and so we are able to continue to benefit from his experience and wisdom.”
David Baker
Chairman, Moon Hall Schools Educational Trust, Leigh, Surrey

“Bill worked tirelessly to help us prepare for our 162A Ofsted inspection. His advice and guidance on writing a detailed and analytical SIEF and Development Plan along with his supportive mock-inspection all ensured that we were fully prepared. The ‘Outstanding’ judgement from Ofsted was in no small part a tribute to Bill’s sharp intellect, determined effort and gently supportive approach. He is a mine of information regarding education, personnel, safeguarding children, health and safety compliance, best practice and up-to-date procedures”
