I am a very understanding and approachable person with a strong sense of professionalism.
I have 31 years experience in the primary sector serving for 15 years as headteacher of two schools.
My specific interests and expertise include staff wellbeing and ethos and the development of wellbeing programmes and school mission statements. I am advising the Academy 4 Wellbeing based in Staffordshire, on the development of their new programme.
I also have a wide range of experience in staff recruitment at all levels through my collaboration with a Recruitment Agency.
I have a strong background in ICT in primary schools and I work as a consultant with an ICT provider based in the North West.
